To access live.pacifica.co.id, you must get invitation email. New or uninvited users cannot access the portal directly. Please register through your school or center, or contact us at +62 859-2056-8259 for more information
You'll receive the invitation at the email address you signed up with. Just click 'Activate Account' in that email.
Once you click 'Activate Account', a new screen will appear. You'll need to enter your name, choose a password, and then type it again to confirm. Please ensure that the passwords match. It's important to remember this password.
Upon successful login, the 'Shop' menu will be displayed. Please tap on this menu to access the available products for purchase.
Please be aware that all orders placed through this platform will be delivered directly to your school. Once you've finished adding items to your cart, you'll proceed to check out.
To make a payment, please follow these steps:
- Click 'Confirm'.
- Select your preferred payment method on the next screen.
- Click 'Pay Now'.
- Your payment will be processed. Please follow the on-screen instructions.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you may be eligible for a return. Please send us a photo or other proof of the defect along with your order number.
